Royal Khanid Colonial Exploration, an adjunct of the Royal Khanid Navy, is responsible for maintaining peace and order on the borders of the Khanid Marches. RKCE pilots and security personnel can be found in many parts of the galaxy representing the interests of the Kingdom of Khanid, the Amarr Empire and the Caldari State.
